1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the UserMindow website and any order for our website development, software, marketing, educational content, design, automation, support, or other digital services. By placing an order, approving a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
2. Service scope and acceptance
The exact scope, deliverables, price, milestones, dependencies, and estimated timeline are those shown on the relevant service page or agreed in writing by email, proposal, invoice, or order confirmation. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline. You are responsible for checking the scope before payment.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and billing details, lawful content, timely approvals, access credentials where needed, and the materials required to complete the work. You confirm that you have permission to use all text, images, trademarks, data, and other material you supply.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. The final payable amount, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and any recurring charges will be shown before payment or in the written quotation or invoice. We do not charge undisclosed fees. Work may begin only after the agreed advance or full payment is received.
5. Delivery and revisions
Delivery is electronic and follows the agreed schedule. Timelines may move if required information, access, content, or approvals are delayed. Revisions included in the service will be stated in the applicable proposal or plan. Requests that change the approved scope are treated as additional work.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of material you provide. After full payment, rights in custom final deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you, except for third-party assets, open-source components, licensed fonts or media, reusable tools, know-how, and pre-existing materials, which remain subject to their own licences or our ownership.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or fraudulent activity. We may suspend work where a request violates law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these terms.
8. Third-party services
Hosting, domains, advertising platforms, payment gateways, APIs, app stores, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. Unless expressly included in our quote, their charges are paid by you. We are not responsible for changes, suspension, or downtime controlled by those providers.
9. Warranties and liability
We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Results that depend on third-party algorithms, advertising markets, audience behaviour, approvals, or customer-supplied information cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please first contact us so we can investigate and resolve any concern. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
