Support hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM India Standard Time, excluding public holidays. We aim to acknowledge messages within 2 business days. Resolution time depends on the nature of the request and whether information is needed from a payment or service provider.
For faster help
Please include your full name, organisation name (if applicable), phone number, invoice or payment reference, the service concerned, and a short description. Do not email passwords, OTPs, complete card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
Escalations
Use the subject line “Grievance” for an unresolved complaint or privacy issue. We will review the history of the request and respond by email. UserMindow provides services online and will share any order-specific business or tax details on the applicable quotation or invoice.
